Apprentice Plan

Get one visit per plan year plus the initial home assessment visit.

*Monthly payments after deposit = $27.75/month

  • Under sink mechanics check.(includes new p trap, faucet hoses, nuts and washers if needed.) Up to 2 sinks per home.

  • Replace up to 2 window screens in the home.

  • Check all outlets in the home. (Twice per plan year)

  • Air filter change (1 inch type) 4 times per plan year.
  • Smoke and Co alarm test and battery’s if needed. Test 4 times per plan year.
  • Under sink mechanics check (includes new p-trap, faucet supply hoses, nuts and washers if needed) up to 4 sinks per home per plan year.
  • Toilet mechanics check (includes new fill valves if needed for every toilet in the home.
  • Replace up to six window screens. Twice per plan year.
  • Clean range hood down draft filter. Twice per plan year.
  • Squeeky door and kitchen Cabinet maintenance on every door in the home. Includes door knob and hinge adjustments if needed.
  • Test all outlets in the home.
  • Disposal clean and flush.
  • Cycle ceiling fans for the season. Twice per plan year for summer and winter modes. Ceiling fans must be no more than 12 feet above the floor.
